Very. It was designed to be able to withstand a 30Mt blast detonated within 1 nautical mile.
The amazing thing is that the complex is not a warren of tunnels and rooms, the entire inside of the mountain has been hollowed out in seven massive chambers, containing a total of 15 base-isolated freestanding buildings.
The entire complex is designed to be fully self sufficient for short periods. There even is a Chow Hall, barber shop and a Base Exchange inside.
